2.Starvation for weight loss
Many people choose to lose weight by simply eating less and starving themselves, and at first, the results are very noticeable with a rapid decrease in weight. However, after a few days, your appetite will increase, and it is easy to overeat. Once you lose control of your eating habits, all your weight loss efforts will be wasted.
Even if you can control your appetite, during this process of dieting, your body will be in a state of starvation and will automatically break down muscles. This can lead to muscle loss, a decrease in basal metabolic rate, and when you resume a normal diet after weight loss, your metabolism may not be as efficient as before. This can lead to the problem of excessive calorie intake, and your body weight will rebound.

4.Weight loss pills: Don't believe in all kinds of weight loss pills on the Internet. These are just a form of "IQ tax." The main ingredient in weight loss pills is just a laxative, and excretion can only eliminate waste in the body. Fat cannot be broken down and eliminated through excretion.
