During the weight loss period, how to eat staple food to feel full and reduce fat?

1.Control the daily intake of staple food to about 200- not overindulge;

2.Eat less refined staple food and more coarse grains, which can prolong digestion time;

3.Drink a large glass of water before meals to reduce hunger, and eat staple food at the end of the meal to effectively control the intake amount;

4.Eat more staple food during the day and less at night, which can avoid fat accumulation;
