 Exercise is an effective way to increase activity metabolism, improve obesity problems, and strengthen your body. However, why do some people have poor weight loss efficiency while others lose weight quickly despite doing the same exercises? This is probably due to different methods used.

So, how can you exercise to burn fat more efficiently? Here are several exercise methods to boost fat-burning effectiveness:

1.Ensure the duration of exercise

How long do you exercise each you only exercise for 10 or 20 minutes, the calorie consumption is limited. When you start exercising, the body primarily burns glycogen.
