How to effectively reduce abdominal fat? Several methods to help you regain a flat stomach

How can we effectively reduce abdominal fat and regain a flat stomach? Here are several methods to help you quickly regain a flat stomach:


Method 1: Perform 10-15 minutes of jumping jacks every day. Jumping jacks can exercise your limbs and stimulate the abdominal muscles, allowing you to burn fat throughout your body while tightening your abdominal muscles.


At the beginning, you can start with 1-2 minutes per set, with a rest period of 2-3 minutes between sets. This can achieve the effect of high-intensity interval training and allow your body to continue burning fat even after the exercise.


Method 2: Keep track of your calorie intake and develop healthy eating habits. Control your daily calorie intake to around 1200-1500 kcal and replace various high-calorie foods with low-calorie options.
